1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and phhalik. You may only register one account on phhalik. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

If you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your account, you must notify phhalik support immediately at [email protected]. phhalik is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access if you fail to protect your credentials adequately.

3.3 KYC Verification

phhalik operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect both the platform and its users. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID before making withdrawals. phhalik reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on phhalik are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits can be made through approved local payment channels, including Philippine bank transfers, online banking, and eligible local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, subject to availability and the terms of each payment provider.

Deposited funds are credited to your phhalik account balance and are available for use in gaming, casino, and sports betting activities. phhalik does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose its own charges.

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a legitimate source. phhalik reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to freeze or close accounts if there is suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. Withdrawals

Winnings and remaining account balances may be withdrawn in PHP to your registered Philippine bank account or eligible local e-wallet. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal method must be in your name and match the details provided during registration.
• phhalik reserves the right to process withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the payment method and verification requirements.

phhalik does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose processing charges. Any bonuses or promotional funds may be subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

6. Gaming and Betting Rules
